AR Application

Now available for free download on the App Store (requires HoloKit F device to unlock the immersive AR origami mode).

Instruction Guide
Real-Time Feedback
Digital Companion

Combining traditional mobile interaction with AR interaction, children can select an origami model on the phone and then enter an immersive AR folding mode. The system continuously uses AI to monitor the child’s progress. Once a step is completed, the next origami step will automatically play, providing real-time feedback. When the entire origami process is completed, the application will bring the folded animal to life digitally, allowing it to accompany the child as they grow.

 Holokit F

The Foldiverse hardware kit consists of two main components: a cardboard AR headset and an adjustable stand.
The cardboard headset includes folded cardboard, a lens module, and plastic parts.
The stand is composed of an upper and a lower section. The upper section features adjustable height and viewing angle to accommodate different child heights and table heights; the lower section is a foldable tripod that supports tabletop origami training. When folded, the tripod allows the AR headset to be used in handheld mode for free movement and viewing.

The stand utilizes both magnetic and screw-based connections.
Angle adjustment is achieved through magnetic joints, while height adjustment uses a screw knob mechanism. This design ensures simple and intuitive operation, reducing the user’s handling burden.

The cardboard-folded AR headset offers a low-cost AR hardware solution for families with autistic children.
It also turns the tool itself into part of the training experience, integrating the assembly process into a fun and creative origami activity. Children can enjoy the hands-on process of building their own AR headset.

Origami Materials
Achievement Display

Through the guidance of the virtual character FoFo, children are invited to embark on a joyful origami journey. The kit presents folding materials in the form of a book, while the poster is designed to collect and display completed origami creations—offering children both a sense of accomplishment and emotional companionship.

Creative Socialization

After completing the origami tasks, children can DIY their own masks and attach them to the AR headset. This encourages interactive play and peer communication, creating a shared social space where children can explore and play together in the Digital Life Playground.
